Called around, no one was able to schedule me in as fast as this company. Was able to get scheduled 2 days out! Floyd Morris was out guy that had come out. Very professional, works very fast, super friendly, willing to help customers in need and give them any advice that could benefit to maintaining their AC unit. Felt like he actually cared for our well being and wanted us to be comfortable in our home.

We tried calling other places but they weren’t able to get us in until weeks out. Called here and it was the next day! The woman on the phone was really nice and personable. They sent us a message to confirm our appointment, when the service man was on his way and thanking us after the service. Floyd arrived right on time. Punctuality is a big thing in my book.

Todd came out, was very nice and thorough. He had my 20 hear old AC working within minutes and was able to quote what it would be to replace the unit and helped me understand when I would need to and what I should consider when doing a replacement. Costs of the repair were fair and he was very helpful and pleasant throughout the short time that he was here.

Fast response! Brad said he'd have my new unit installed by the end of the day, and he kept his word. They worked into the late night hours (almost midnight) until the work was done. Their professional and friendly nature was outstanding. AC is good quality & affordable, and i'm a very happy customer! I highly recommend this company.

My air conditioning was not blowing cold air. I contacted my home warranty company liberty and they sent out another company four days later. The company that they sent out said I had a Freon leak and it needed to be refilled. The home warranty company said they would not cover the leak. I contacted 1st Choice heat and air in Joplin and Calvin sent someone out about an hour later.
